"Well located in Cortez, about a 30 minute drive from Mesa Verde National Park. Room was spacious and I was always able to park outside. WiFi worked well during my stay and check in and check out process was easy."

"Very nice property. It was surprising how quiet the interior was with it being right on a main road. The only dips were the water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer not working and the upstairs could use a better air conditioner. The bathroom window upstairs wouldn't stay open so we could let the cooler evening air blow through. Other than that, very nice and comfortable to be at and base out of for a few days."

"We had a wonderful stay at David's place. The house had absolutely everything we needed and we felt immediately at home. David was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed over our stay. The house was perfect for our monthly getaway: a lot of space, good internet and very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity with many national and state parks ( lots to do within a 3h drive!). "Staff were very friendly on arrival. Informal and relaxed with some good conversation! I'm not from the USA and the owner here was a great ambassador to Colarado. Room was cozy (no pun intended) with very comfortable beds and all the facilities you could ever need. The place was clean and presentable, no faults as far as I could see. 10/10 would stay again! "
