Pool is heated the hot tub isn’t much warmer (a few years back it was warmer) great water pressure in shower, hot water at taps and bottles of water 2 supplied each night. "The staff and butlers were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The room and amenities were top notch, clean, and modern. The food was excellent. The only negatives were the live music by the pools was too loud (not relaxing) and the two hot tubs were not working a couple of the days - only warm at best.
