This place is a scam
This place is a scam. There is no reception, just a half broken locked door. Looking in from the outside, the place looks abandoned. There is a phone number you can call, but they refuse to answer your calls no matter how many times you call (and the phone rings, so you know your call is getting through). All communication is done through SMS and they do not answer any questions. When they finally give you a 'code' to the door, it is a fake code. Fortunately, I was able to secure other accommodation as it was not the peak season.

I really loved the localization, especially for this price! It was noisy at night, of course, but that's how living in the center looks like. Also, the self check-in and check-out was a great idea, I liked the whole system and that we didn't have to carry any keys. I only wish the bathroom was cleaned more often, the room was a bit dusty too.

Od zwenatrz fajnie od wewnątrz marnie
Ogólnie ok, ale przywitanie i obsługa przez telefon bardzo małomówna, zero info co dalej: „Zaraz wyślę Pani kod.” Nic więcej. Wejście do klatki schodowej bardzo stare i zasikane, łazienka w dosic złym stanie, przsznic częściowo czarny od pleśni, WC śmierdział. Pokój ok, czysty ale tez zero komfortu - max 1 gwiazdka. Piękna stara kamienica w znakomitym miejscu, ale od wewnątrz widać ze nie dbają. Najgorsza była łazienka i stan techniczny objektu. Az żal. No jeszcze raz raczej nie Zdecyduje się na ten nocleg.

Świetny, ale obsługa...
Za cenę 36 zł obiekt był cudowny Jedyne, co mi się nie spodobało to obsługa. Zadzwoniłam o godzinie 17 że przyjadę po godzinie 23 i chciałam spytać czy to nie będzie problem. Pani nawet mnie nie wysłuchała tylko wysłała kod dostępu smsem. Koszmarna obsługa do całkiem miłego obiektu

Genialna lokalizacja, super cena - jestesmy naprawde bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Warunki dosc spartanskie, ale jesli nie oczekujemy zbyt wiele, to mozna pozytywnie sie zdziwic. Miejsce raczej studenckie.

OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM
OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM!!! Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dla pary w "Historic Toruń Central Rooms" za pośrednictwem strony internetowej. Po dokonaniu płatności online otrzymaliśmy mailowe potwierdzenie z którego wynikało, że nasza rezerwacja została zagwarantowana i w pełni opłacona. Po pojawieniu się pod wejściem do obiektu i stwierdzeniu, że drzwi są zamknięte zadzwoniliśmy pod numer podany na tablicy informacyjnej. Pani po drugiej stronie okazała się bardzo niemiła, wręcz opryskliwa. Powiadomiła nas, że nie pobrano od nas opłaty. Mamy "odebrać maila" w którym mamy wszystko wyjaśnione. Nie pomogły tłumaczenia, że płatności dokonywaliśmy natychmiast po zarezerwowaniu pobytu, że nie możemy sprawdzić poczty elektronicznej ponieważ nie mamy przy sobie laptopa. Po kolejnych próbach porozumienia się Pani "operatorka" zwyczajnie zaczęła rzucać słuchawką, by w efekcie całkowicie zaprzestać odbierania od nas telefonu. Równocześnie z nami z podobnym problemem borykała się kilkuosobowa grupa turystów, która również nie mogła dostać się do wcześniej zarezerwowanego i opłaconego pokoju. W efekcie całej sytuacji nie zostaliśmy wpuszczeni do obiektu i zostaliśmy zmuszeni do pilnego poszukiwania innej opcji noclegowej, która niestety okazała się znacznie droższa od tej dokonanej w "Historic Torun Central Rooms", targanie się z ciężkimi bagażami przez zatłoczone ulice starego miasta, utratę czasu który był przeznaczony na inne rzeczy. Trwa BÓJ o zwrot pieniędzy! OMIJAĆ TO MIEJSCE szerokim łukiem!

Lokalizacja ok - resza dramat.
Lokalizacja świetna i to wlasciwie tyle. W pokoju w miare czysto, jednak sciereczka do naczyn byla brudna i śmierdzaca. Na naszym pietrze brak Prysznica. Lazienka w rozbudowie o czym nas nie poinformowano. Zeby sie umyc musialysmy schodzic klatka schodowa kilka pieter nizej. Sciany tak cienkie, ze slychac bylo kazdy jeden krok. Nie wiadomo bylo, czy ktos probuje wejsc do naszego pokoju czy do pokoju obok. Uwazam, ze cena powinna byc zdecydowanie nizsza. Ocena obslugi - brak bylo obslugi. Pokoje na kod.
