The Space:

From here, you will chart your course for weekends spent at the beach, with easy 1km walkability access to Fisherman’s Beach.
Everything is provided for up to 6 guests to enjoy holidays on the Surf Coast. Two generous levels connect to outdoor living, with a big deck, BBQ and fenced backyard for the kids. Rain, hail or shine, you can entertain in the fantastic rear outdoor living area that overlooks the back garden, complete with cafe blinds for all-seasons comfort. Pets are welcome by request at the time of booking, and an extra $50 pet fee will be added to your reservation.
From the picturesque ocean views, to the abundance of bird life, this beautifully presented home has a great a sense of space. Architecturally designed with high ceilings and warm timber tones, the cleverly zoned floorplan allows room for everyone to spread out and relax, or come together for socialising. The ground floor living area is the perfect teen/guest retreat with board games, leather lounge and (free to air) TV with DVD player. This level comprises a Queen-size bedroom with sliding door access to the rear garden, and a bathroom with spa bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer, and the double garage also connects through to the sheltered rear entertaining area with a dart board.
Upstairs, the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze, incorporating quality appliances, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, stylish Caesarstone island bench and plenty of storage. Open plan living and dining provides a peaceful central hub for entertaining, with an 8-seater dining setting for memorable holiday meals.
Climate comfort is achieved with central heating throughout, plus a gas log fire and split system heating-cooling in the upper lounge room. Ceiling fans are located in the main living room and both of the upper bedrooms.
A Smart TV with Netflix connectivity upstairs will provide great entertainment, or simply relax on the lounge or armchairs with a great book and watch the ships pass.
All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels for up to 6 guests. The sea view master suite has a King-size bed, walk-in robe, desk and ensuite; what better way to start the day than by seeing the sparkling ocean from your bedroom and bathroom! A Queen-size bedroom at the rear also has an ocean view, with its own bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity, toilet). The Queen bedroom downstairs has access to the third bathroom with a spa bath.

This house is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.
There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.
Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc village.
As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
Getting Around:
-Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, beaches and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway – please note you will also have access to the garage.
-Follow the pathways directly to The Esplanade to reach Fisherman’s Beach
-Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
-Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong-Melbourne.
-Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
