« Wonderful location, central to everything. Walkable to London Bridge, many restaurants and even downtown. The condo was comfortable and clean. It had all the toiletries we needed for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. It was a very quiet neighborhood. They had a community pool and spa. I definitely would consider staying here again. »

« Great location. Close to everything. We enjoyed a daily walk along the beach and over to the London Bridge. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable and clean bedding. We hope to be back next year. »

« What a perfect place to stay while in Havasu! The location is great with the beach in front of condos and the convenient parking in back. The place was clean and very homey. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and dinner wear for us to make meals which was very nice and convenient throughout the day as well! The owner answered every call I had with any questions and is so sweet! Will definitely be staying there again! We had a great weekend! »

« The property was clean & smelled good. We were about 5 minutes away from the bridge & all of the restaurants/bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe/secure & there was plenty of boat parking. We stayed 3 nights & I don't think we ever saw another person at the complex, would definitely stay again! »

« Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved. »

« The condo is in a nice location. The best things: hot water, complete kitchen, laundry on same floor close by, air conditioning, elevator. The hot tub was warm, but could use more cleaning. We were supposed to remove the trash upon leaving but had to locate the dumpsters which were on the opposite side of the building. »
