"Delightfully stylish hotel . Very comfortable . A little short of staff last night but i suspect thats due to me being here out of season. "

"Stunning Hotel, great location by the train station, nice walk into town. Upgraded to suite, fantastic room - No hairdryer though, called down a few times and no answer from reception which was inconvenient for Mrs - But they full of apologies when we walked down to explain and sure enough hairdryer in room for when we got back to room later. Good bar, great service and nice atmosphere."

"Very comfortable and cosy. Restaurant had excellent food and service was good. Set meal was reasonably priced. Google cast facility on the room TV meant I was able to watch Netflix via my phone. Room was in a separate block from the reception etc but this did not detract. This was my first stay in the Hotel du Vin chain and won't be my last."

"Ok so I arrived by road bike with Cheese ! Derrek was very friendly and stowed my bike and put my cheese in the fridge ! I arrived late as had been to football in Leeds..Derrick told me the bar was open till 2am !!! The hotel is 150 years of amazingness. Great location downhill to the town including parade park and RHS Harlow Carew garden.Turkish baths were awesome , great Tapas .Hotel breakfast excelkent.£180 for 3 nights Room and breakfast. Nice bath in room Good running round Parade Park and Harrogate Parkrun 20mins walk from Hotel Massage at Turkish baths fantastic !.. Totally Zen place. HUSK Bar a big reccomendation , cask and Keg available"

"The staff are all freindly and helpful the ros are clean and tidy the breakfast was good and plenty of it .the bathroom in room hasnt got an extractor when i had a shower everything was covered in condensation also full toilet need upgrading and toulet bowl needs bleach amd a good scrub "
