"We were looking for a venue to host our friends and family that came into town for my daughter’s wedding. This was the perfect location. It was 12 minutes from Wolf gap which is where the wedding ceremony and reception took place. really enjoyed this cabin. It would be a great place. If you want to just get away from this city, beautiful property makes it feel like you’re the only ones around and the wildlife and the sounds are outstanding. "

"The cabin was perfect for my family of four during our time visiting family for Christmas. It is exactly as advertised-clean and peaceful. It was even decorated for Christmas when we got there which was an unexpected bonus. We were greeted multiple mornings by the deer right off the porch and every day around sunset the birds would flock back to the trees. At night you can hear the river going by and the sky is as clear as I remember seeing it in years. The owners were very accommodating...

"Nice place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. For those who are handicapped, be aware that some units are on the second or third floor. The only way to get up to the upper levels is by climbing concrete steps that are outside. There is no elevator."

"This is my second time staying at this location and I fall in love each time. Cool breezy mornings, fresh air and stunning sunsets were a part of my stay daily. For those who like to exercise, the long country road is serene and safe (2 or 3 cars came through on my 1 hour walk). The accommodations fulfill every need.
