"There was no one at the front desk even though we checked in at the prearranged time. The room itself was charming and furnished with antiques. The elevator did not work (apparently it has been inoperable for 2 months) and we had to schlep our suitcases up a long staircase. We weren't there to watch TV, but it's a good thing because the TV did not work. It was pricey for a property with the mentioned issues. "

"It’s a cute place, but not my definition of boutique. Very basic and plain. The yard crew showed up early on a Saturday morning. That’s unacceptable. It should be done in the afternoon during guest change over. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Best hotel for the price. Staff is great. Rooms are outdated but I've seen worst. Great for extended stays. There are very little options in this town for nice places to stay that doesn't charge 5 star hotel prices. And the others are roach motels. This hotel while slightly overpriced is the best option. The property next door has horrible desk staff. "
