"The location was great and easy to access. The boat itself had a pretty awful smell, a mixture of just old musty mixed with cleaner chemicals and freshener. I couldn't have stayed more than 1 night. The marina was out of toilet paper and the bathroom was a mess. My daughter thought it was a really cool experience and it was a gift for her. She loved that we could walk easily to the beach. We highly recommend Long Doggers to eat!"

"The overall stay was good. The inside was small but very welcoming, the only issue I had was the toilet had no door to it. The deck was great to sit and watch the fireworks. The dolphins restaurant is probably only a block away walkable. "

"It was a special place to stay. Very convent to all the activities we wanted to do. Great restaurant and bar just a short walk away. Private place on the water just to hang out on our private dock. Definitely a different experience then any hotel we have ever stayed in. Thank you very much for the cleanliness of interior and outside. The grill and the private space were a bonus. "

"The unit was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice pool. Somehow we had a miscommunication with fresh towels exchange but it was ok. Directions to our particular unit could have been better as we were arriving after normal hours. Office closes at 4. Overall a very comfortable stay."

"Enjoyed the big house with great views of rocket launches. Dock on Indian River is nice and kayaks were provided, also nice. Owner, Larry, responded to issues we had but sometimes this was a slow process since he has multiple properties. Had an issue trying to get the spa heated and the pool was not heated due to the cold weather. House is located on 5 Lane highway which must be crossed to go on walks."
