"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. "We stayed during our vacation to NC. It was centrally located to all of our planned adventures. It was noisy, but to be expected staying near a city and there was a white noise machine in the bedroom which covered up the noise at night. The host was great and responsive when we communicated. We were even given an extra night at short notice due to travel plans changing. "

"The property overall was a decent property however, when we arrived, the trash was left from the occupants prior to us. I believe it was because of the Thanksgiving holiday. There may have been some back up however, it did not allow for us to use the garage, which would’ve been very nice given how cold it has been. Also, the cleaning team did not do a wonderful job as far as putting the necessary items back. For instance, there were still bathroom rugs in the washing machine that needed to go in...

"Perfect location for graduation at Duke, 8 minute Uber ride. Close to hospitals and wonderful strip mall full of great places to eat. Very minimally decorated and needs living room furniture updates, however, served our needs for clean space for sleeping and great back for pets to potty."
