Holiday Inn Express Arras, an IHG Hotel

"This Hotel is about 200m to the left as you exit the train station. The staff was exceptional and most speak english.
If we ever return, we will come back to this hotel.
The centre square of the town is all within 15 minutes walking range, though there is much more to see.
If you plan to rent a car, book ahead online. Two of the three rental places we went to had no cars available."

"Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours."
