"The carriage house apartment was charming and very comfortable. The property is centrally located to all downtown Pensacola. It is safe and provided easy and pleasant walking to local restaurants and attractions. The lodging is very clean and includes all services for a pleasant stay. Home away from home! Leslie and Hal were very responsive hosts and provided warm southern hospitality. We recommend their place for an excellent lodging experience. "

"Maureen and John are hands down the best hosts we’ve stayed with. They were communicative, helpful, and just lovely people. The cottage is clean, charming, and well situated in Pensacola. We walked a lot while we were there, enjoying the neighborhood and nearby entertainment and restaurants. We came for the Blue Angels homecoming air show at NAS Pensacola, and Maureen and John gave us loads of helpful hints that improved our overall experience. We’ll be back :)"

"Perfect stay for us. Close to places we needed and wanted to go. Dining and shopping all around close by. Facility is nice and new. Staff was very friendly and took care of needs when they presented themselves. Space is nice and roomy with a kitchenette, dining, living space and a good size bedroom. Least favorite part was lower water pressure in shower and not a great shower head, but overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend and would stay there again!"

"Property was nice, clean, and well maintained. It did not have heat, which is only an issue during a couple months out of the year, but the campgrounds were quiet and the staff and other residents were polite and welcoming. Will be returning."

"Oceanfront room was great along with the view from it. Bed was a little stiff but room was clean. Well kept property with pool and hot tub and easy access to the beach. Complimentary breakfast was good. Restaurant on property along with others nearby (walkable). Overall it was a great stay and would be a place i would stay again."

"The property was an excellent choice. The facilities the staff were the best I’ve been to in the area. Ty e cuisine and staff at the restaurant on site Windrose was top notch, second to none. When we return it will definitely be at The Pensacola Beach Resort."
