"Hotel met expectations. Room was clean. The minifridge had an issue where the door covering it would cause it to pop open and we lost our leftovers since they were all warm. Other than that, the room was good and the hotel was nice. "

Only issue was paying more for a partial view of the bay and in reality looked out to a bare white wall unless standing at far corner of the window. Staff was very accommodating to find me another room with an improved city view which was also only ok"

"I would definitely stay here again. Our room was small but quaint. It got a little on the warm side at night but we were able to crack a window open. Bedding was nice. Very functional and staff helpful. What I found convenient CVS, diner, restaurant next door, Mc Donald’s and cable car very close by. Hotel had fruit, cookies, water and filtered water for guest. The Chancellor Hotel was good to us. Thank you all. Made our first visit to SF awesome. "
