The home offers refined rustic furnishings, high end finishes/appliances and original architectural details in keeping with the Revive Home Restoration aesthetic. Cook, converse and relax with friends in the gourmet kitchen that features honed granite countertops, a farmhouse sink and beautiful vaulted beamed ceilings. Relax and unwind in the vaulted LR with a wood burning fireplace, large screen TV. Enjoy the master vaulted bedroom with ensuite bath, with walk-in rainfall shower. The open floor plan, including 750 square feet of wrap around decks, a vintage covered front porch, and a large fire pit, are the perfect backdrops for gathering, inside and out. Union House is located just 1 block from downtown shops and restaurants in historic Three Oaks, and offers the very best in ‘weekend’ living, wedding destination stays and moments spent with those that matter most.

Perfect girls weekend.

Place was amazing, spotless and everything you need, right out of a magazine. A block walk to journeyman distillery, as well as other shops and restaurants. Get in your car and your 10min from all that new buffalo offers. Great place will definitely suggest to others and will visit Again. Gigi couldn’t be more of a hostess😊

Perfect Location for Apple Cider Century
My family (husband, son (17), friend (17) had a lovely stay for a beautiful fall weekend including the Apple Cider Century. We enjoyed 3 Oaks and environs and had an easy start for the ride on Sunday morning, which was just blocks away. There was plenty of room for the teens to spread out, and we all enjoyed the fire pit each evening. It is as a great weekend!

Beautiful House - perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Journeyman!
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home in Three Oaks. The house was perfect. Our daughter was married at Journeyman Distillery so the location was perfect - we were able to walk to and from the wedding venue. We had 4 adults and 2 boys ( 5 & 7 years old) so the backyard and deck was a big hit! We also walked many times down Elm Street visiting many of the shops. It was a short drive to New Buffalo where there are many restaurants and shops as well as the beach and boardwalk the house was clean and well stocked! We would highly recommend this home wether their for a special occasion or a vacation

Owner was very responsive and agreed to my request of an hour later checkout. This place is adorable and looks just like the pictures. The only negative was the dirty floors, as evidenced from our dirty socks/feet. Everything else was very clean.

Every attention to the smallest detail has been given to this charming home. My family and I made a gourmet meal in the kitchen together and then got cozy with drinks and games in the living room. Ladies weekend 2023 was a blast and the cottage was AMAZING! The location is perfect to walk around Three Oaks. The decor is simply perfect! CLEAN, VERY comfortable beds, all the right touches… Gigi knows what guests want. The kitchen and island are the perfect gathering spot to cook and chat and the deck and yard were great. My friends and I gushed about Gigi’s cottage all weekend and we want to make it our yearly meeting spot. Three Oaks is quaint and there are state parks, beaches, wineries, breweries and shopping all nearby in many other small towns. Book the cottage for your next visit, you will not be disappointed :)
