"Our toilet in the room overflowed and the bathroom was flooded. Kane from maintenance came quickly to the room and fixed the toilet issue. He was so friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. "The hotel is nice and the front desk staff is friendly and super helpful. Housekeeping could be better. We had to take our own trash out and ask for more toilet paper and towels. The only thing housekeeping did during our 5 night stay is pick up towels and drop a few off but not even the same amount each day. There were clothes from a previous guest in our dresser which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned between guests. "
