"Smelled cigarette smoke coming into our room a few different times and through the night. We woke up with sore throats because of it. Decently clean room. Absolutely terrible breakfast options. "

"The cabin was cute and decor suited the surroundings. The bear was a nice touch! If you are looking for peace and quiet this would be the place. I believe it would be great for star gazing as well, however we had solid rain while there. Sitting on the front porch was relaxing listening to the water flow through the creek. We would have liked to enjoy the fire pit but the rain never let up. The weather cannot be controlled and in this case it was okay just to kick back. We did tour Glade Top and highly recommend going. The only major drawback (and it was important to me) was lack of cell reception. I had to drive to Ava for enough of a signal to check on things back home. Had I known I could not be reached in case of emergency, I would not have rented the cabin. Due to the time of year we were unable to use the upstairs. Between the "fake lady bugs" and the wasps there were dead bugs everywhere. Again, it was just that time of year both are a problem. I was more concerned about the wasps as I am allergic. All in all if you are looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend the place. There is enough space and having a kitchen allowed for cooking since we have special dietary needs. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights in November beforeThanksgiving. It's a beautiful, cute, and quiet place. The host were wonderful, kind, and generous. Anne(Host) made some yummy muffins and had a welcome card for us. Loved they had trails you could walk on the property, orange vest, and hats to wear for safety during hunting season. We really enjoyed it and hopefully return again in the future. Thank ya'll for a wonderful getaway. "

"My husband and I are AirB&B Superhosts and I have to say, we learned a few tips to take back and implement at our property from staying here :-) This place is a hidden gem! It had plenty of room for our group of 18! The view is breathtaking, with a panoramic view of Bull Shoals Lake. There's a nice fire pit to enjoy by the lake. Upon entering the main house, the first thing you'll notice is the nearly floor to ceiling windows along two of the walls that give you a 24/7 view of the lake! There is a huge kitchen with everything you need to prepare & enjoy meals, including a regular coffee pot & a Keurig. It was a nice bonus to have the complementary items like sugar & creamer. I even noticed a cabinet with first aid items...something we didn't need (thankfully), but was nice to know it was there, just in case. The kitchen, dining & living rooms are all open to each other which was great for spreading out. They have board games, playing cards, & puzzles to do, too! Each of the four bedrooms in the main house have their own private bathroom! It was so nice to have the added privacy and space. There were nightstands and an extra shelf in each room, which was really helpful for keeping our stuff up off the floor and out of duffle bags. Bedding & towels were provided. There was always hot water, and with that many people, hot water is kind of a big deal! The larger bunk house was a short drive through the camp. I highly recommend a visit! We will be back."

"We loved everything about this reservation, beginning to end.. The price excellent, communication with the host was great very attentive just wonderful. We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home, the space the comfort the views and just the privacy from the loud cities… Our drive from Dallas to Yellville was just pleasant all the way enjoying the views and being to arrive at a nice time …My whole family is very happy with this experience all together, we even got to go to the Titanic Museum as a day out, thank you! We all recommend this beautiful comfortable home! "
