The communication with the 3rd party checkin was different and difficult but there were people there in the office that helped us. The cabin was setup with dishes and towels so that was nice. "Great place! Only downfall was the tv. Never have been to a hotel where you need to use your only streaming. I tried, but our tv had too many apps so I wasn’t allowed to download. That’s not cool. Plus our controller had to be replaced with a junky controller with no back. Batteries taped in. Not good. "

The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. "I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"Please update your listing stating that since the hurricane, there are things on the property still not available, sun deck, beach area.More dish towels and cloths would be nice. We only had one dish towel. A storage area in the bathroom would be nice or have the linen closet unlocked for use. Pizza pan and cutter along with a few more sets of Silverware would be nice along with salt and pepper. More garbage bags too, as we only had one. "

"We needed a night before we got on a cruise ship out of Tampa! Was super clean and quiet there. We were able to walk to TNT Burger to get dinner without having to uber somewhere else. Got the check in code before we arrived and directions to our unit were perfect. The room was very comfortable and felt we had enough space for the 2 of us! "

"I was in town on business, as I am about every other week. I found out at the last minute that I needed to make alternate plans, and this was the perfect location. Communication with owners was fantastic and the property was amazing. All new finishes and was very clean. My only caution is be aware that this is a tiny house. This means that the stairs to the loft and the loft itself was also tiny. Didn't make muvh difference to me. until the morning.... when I had to negotiate my way downstairs...

"Very nice new property. Being new lots of little details weren’t right with my room. The deadbolt didn’t work, missing do not disturb sign, shower soap and shampoo not hanging in the shower and the air conditioning unit it very load and vibrating. Besides that this place is very clean with an amazing staff. I would definitely stay again. "

"I stayed at The Chase Hotel for one night to attend my friend’s surprise party, and the experience was great! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the venue, which made everything super easy. Shoutout to the front desk staff—especially the lady who checked me in. She knew I only had 20 minutes to get ready after my flight and made sure my room was close enough so I could freshen up quickly. That extra bit of attentiveness really made a difference! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
