"We had a wonderful time. The cabin was cozy and inviting on a January weekend get away. We are grateful that the hosts ensured we knew it would only be suitable in the winter if we had a 4c4. It is a very steep incline up to cabin and the trail was slippery, but doable in 4x4 low. It is directly across from the beach for a snowy beach walk. "I stayed at the lavender house with a group of my best girlfriends for a relaxing and healing winter bachelorette. This place is a dream stay! From the gorgeous curated space to the incredible views/property, I cant say enough great things! On our checkout day, all the girls agreed that we should have booked longer. We will avsolutely be coming back!"

"Both cabins are straight out of a home reno show and stocked with everything you could need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Loved having our own hot tub. The view is peaceful. The deck is great. A young deer family walked through most evenings. And of course, the lake! Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The place is spacious and clean. However, we encountered some things that made it less than ideal. The hot tub was too hot (107) so we could not use it the first day. The dishwasher was not working, found out the water to it was turned off. Hot water was limited, if you wanted to take back to back showers, the second person had a cold one. We were there during hot weather and the cabin still stayed cool with the air conditioner in the loft bedroom running. The drive up is full of switch backs, so people with car sickness might not enjoy that.
