Ground floor: a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, classic coffee maker, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine), a living/dining room with TV and access to a terrace without vis-à-vis with garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 independent beds 190x90, a bathroom with sink and toilet, a bedroom with 2 twin beds 200x90.
Parking: Reserved parking space next to the gîte.
Household linen (tea towels and hand towels) and sheets provided at no extra charge, beds made on arrival. Optional bathroom linen (5€/person: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and a glove). All charges included. Fiber WIFI.
