"We knew it was likely to be rainy weather, which it was. This house was the perfect perch to watch the storms and rainbows over the bay and surrounding hills. It was well equipped with games that kept us amused learning new ones, and we enjoyed cooking dinners and breakfasts together in the also well equipped kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable and the entire place was pristine. It is an easy walk down to the water and not far from restaurants, groceries, etc. It was very relaxing...

"Great place , classic kiwi batch with a nice kitchen and dishwasher! which was a nice surprise. Well laid out , good shower , comfy lounge ,comfy beds, beautiful views of hillside and estuary. Good parking, nice neighbors. Advice you take your own big umbrellas for shade on deck. Can park a 6mtr boat on grass then 2 to 3 vehicle's. Only con would be no details on rubbish collection. "We loved our stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a beautiful little bach, less than 5 minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver on the hot summer evenings. 10/10 would reccomend."

Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. "Although this property is within easy access to the beach and the river we found the bedrooms lacked storage space, the outdoor furniture was very difficult to manage as it is heavy, unstable and hard to move. Being able to spend as much time as possible outside is important for a family. We used the bar b que and found only 2 burners worked.
