I was on the phone when I walked in my, guest was already there sitting in the lobby and so I was doing three things at once and she just kept smiling and was very accommodating when I was not giving her my attention. I didn't even get done with my check-in when all this was going on and she just patiently waited for me to wrap up my phone call and my guest talking my ear off. 😄"
