"The staff went above and beyond for me. I had gotten sick when I was staying there and they accommodated my needs to help me recover .... the chef made me something I could eat. Dennis at the Front Desk was wonderful. Martin delivered things I needed as well as Dennis. The hotel manager, assisted in my recovery. I would highly recommend this hotel. I also loved how safe I felt staying here. "

"Location is very convenient. Room was a bit above average but it is worn around the edges but was very comfortable. The hotel must be going through some renovations as the hallways were all plastered or missing paint. Hope that is the case. But overall, if the location by the Galleria is a must this hotel was very suitable. "

"Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT. We paid the $25 fee plus our credit card was billed an additional $100! For what? Our order was 4 cups of coffee and 2...
