"For a no-frills hotel, we got what we paid for. The room could have been a lot cleaner and I'm not usually picky. Only one roll of toilet paper. But for Bakersfield, no reaches is a win! There is coffee, juice, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. The parking lot is being redone so that will be nice for future guests. They have jacuzzi rooms which I'll try next time. The pool was closed for the winter. It was very quiet, (except for the soothing freeway hum) no parties or mèth heads....

"We stopped here on our drive from California to Texas. We pulled in late at night but the front desk attendant was cheerful. She only had rooms on the second and third floor and the elevator was broken. We chose to stay anyway because we were so tired. We hauled all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs by when we got to the room we were very happy. It was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great the next morning. We would definitely stay again."
