"The staff at the hotel is always very helpful, the last time we were there we left something and they kept it for us. It is cheaper to take a lift to anywhere downtown than it is to drive and park so the hotel is very conveniently located."

"We came for an event at the convention center. Because the the property is right on the river walk and it's very easy to get around. You can walk all the way to the convention center on the river walk. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was very helpful. The hotel also offered snacks in the evening (which was more like a light dinner). I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. "
