We wanted to cancel our booking because the road noise was quite loud due to the festival, but we couldn't becaues of Expedia's bad refund policy. The manager really helped us out and got us better room, where we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Also, the parking was a dream compared to every other hotel we stayed at in Ireland."
