The elevator for the parking garage was not working. As a cosplayer from out of town, I had a large tote to bring into the hotel. Thankfully I had a friend to help me but I was actually supposed to be by myself. The hotel gave me $10 off per night, but I feel as though the parking should've been completely comped. Also, the room itself was not very clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the window sills were disgusting. The bed was clean so that was a plus. The elevators were unlcean as well. At least the cookies were good!

Beautiful hotel newly renovated 2 months ago! The restaurant is holding their own while they await the arrival of their new Chef next week. (Their previous Chef had a personal emergency and had to resign abruptly). I am confident choosing 5 stars across the bar! Fidelity Hotel is a rising star in Cleveland and by mid-summer, room rates will likely be doubled! Thank you, Steven, Amy, Vincent, and the entire staff, for making me feel special on my birthday! I wish you all great success!
