Kydon, The Heart City Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"Kydon is a wonderful hotel. Clean, convenient access to Chania harbor, walkable to beach (20 min) thru town, friendly and knowledgeable staff....just great!"

"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."

"It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day. It was still very warm and there were over two hours of sun after the pool closed.
Other than that though it was a great place and we had an amazing time in Crete. "
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Property is well maintained and clean. Food was great. Easy to find and near many restaurants and other activities. Great for a quiet adults only getaway. "

"Superb - everything you could want for a relaxing family holiday. Good food choice, nice drinks, 2 pools, amazing beach, beautiful village with central location, anyone criticising place is being picky and pedantic.
We would not hesitate to come again. "
