"Cannot speak highly enough about this place or the host; both are excellent. The house is fabulous and the grounds perfect; a hugely characterful old stone house subtly furnished with a mix of old and new but equipped with all you need for a home from home. I have to mention the showers; they were brilliant. Add to that a beautiful garden with sun and shade, a gorgeous, safe pool and a games room. It ticked all the boxes for us. Perfectly peaceful, surrounded by stunning countryside, yet...

"Great little cottage in the countryside. Good location to visit the local area and beyond. Surrounded by farmland, it's not always so peaceful but didn't bother us at all. Clean and comfortable. Tony was very helpful and on site if needed. Slightly short on glasses/tumblers but as there were only 2 of us, we managed! Places to visit are the monastry at Sobrado, The beach of Cathedrals, Finisterra, A Coruña and of course Santiago de Compastala. Avoid Lugo. Big disappointment."

"Unser Urlaub war fantastisch. Das Haus und der Garten haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Gastgeber:innen waren sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben sogar ein "Willkommenspaket" mit Milch, Honig, Keksen,... bekommen. Die ruhige Lage haben wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr genossen. Danke für die schönen Tage!!"

"Petite maison mitoyenne magnifique. Tout a été fait avec goût. Juste à savoir : les deux chambres sont ouvertes et communiquent entre elles. Emplacement hyper calme. Il faut marcher 10 minutes pour atteindre une première plage. Lieu idéal pour visiter le nord de la Galice. Jose est extrêmement gentil et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un super séjour !"

"Hemos estado una pareja con dos niños pequeños. La casa es preciosa en una aldea de cuento. Tanto los vecinos como la dueña Elia y la cuidadora se la casa Fina un encanto. No tengo mas que buenas palabras para este sitio. No le doy mas estrellas porque no puedo. Los alrededores una maravilla"

"This stay was at the end of a six-week tour of Portugal and Galicia in which we had stayed in a number of self catering properties. We thought this was one of the best. It is a lovely old house, elegantly extended and renovated to a high standard using fine timber and marble to create a harmonious space. It is well-appointed with a marvellous collection of interesting and quirky objects. We were very comfortable there and everything worked well, apart from a couple of light bulbs....
