"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). Beds were old and very worn, no toilet paper holder in primary bathroom, light bulbs burnt out, closet door handles missing, primary bathroom fan inoperable. Overall, great property but missing the details. Maintenance/ cleaning staff needs to step up their game. "

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."
