Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. On the whole a lovely warm and welcoming hotel."

Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good, some dishes better than others, but a shame they charge you for some filtered water - it should just be included as part of the 3-course meal as a minimum.
