This freshly remodeled high-end residence features an open concept floor plan designed for effortless entertaining. Unique artwork & ornate vintage pottery add to the chic design of the home. Enjoy the secluded surroundings, including a substantial swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining area & firepit conversation set all overlooking the rolling hills. A true 5-star experience!

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by mature landscaping, a dry creek bed and sprawling lawn area that wraps around the front of the property. Once inside you will feel all the luxuries of this high-end home. Open living space designed for entertaining with generous seating, flat screen TV equipped with Roku, 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a freshly remodeled kitchen that is a true masterpiece; featuring butcher block counters, a gas range and all the comforts of home. Amble parking in the driveway is available for multiple vehicles.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property and residence including the garage.

I manage multiple Airbnb's in the area. I do my best to be available 24/7 for my guests. I can be reached by text, Airbnb message or phone at any time during your stay. I live nearby, so if there is an emergency, I can be to the property quickly.

If you decide to venture from this majestic property, you are just down the road from the adorable town of Templeton and all of its charm. This prime location is truly the heart of the central coast, making you equidistant to all this area has to offer, including San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Cambria, Pismo & Avila Beach as well as the countless award-winning wineries in this region. Come experience for yourself what has quickly become one of the most sought-after areas on the coastline of California

Off-street parking is available in the driveway for multiple cars- 4 can park comfortably.

Home is located in an upscale family-friendly residential community. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep outside noise to a minimum past 9pm.
Children must not be left unattended at the pool at any time. Pool is not heated but warms up nicely in the summer months. Swim at your own risk.

This is a split floorplan home, and some stairs are required. It is not wheelchair accessible.

No pets are allowed.

There is a non-refundable 3% merchant service fee charged by Stripe for all cancellations.

Great house and location
This is a great house that was centrally located. We were close to horseback riding, zip lining and sensorio lights. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Beautiful house; well stocked
We had a wonderful stay in Templeton. The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. We especially liked the view from out there. Can't say enough great things about the house. the VRBO website is lacking tho I found it difficult to use and hard to find information. I much prefer Airbnb.

Lovely house with nice furniture, large yard, and lots of places to relax and unwind. Not far from restaurants and wineries. We hired a driver to take us to different wineries, none were more than 20 mins away.

Went over for a wedding and has such a good time at the house with my granddaughter, kids and their spouses. House was very nice. Deer walking through yard daily. We relaxed, okayed games, used the hot tub and the pool. I would love to come again. Owner even allowed an early check in so we could go enjoy a beach day before wedding festivities.

Quiet retreat
This house is a good size and has a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use the pool. The hot tub was used once and functioned properly. This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but nothing is walkable. The house was well equipped with towels. The only issue I had was with cleanliness. One of my pet peeves is strange hair. I have very short hair, so i know when a hair is not mine. There were a lot of long hairs and dust bunnies. A little more thorough cleaning would have earned this place 5 stars.

Nice place for a getaway
The house was very spacious with interesting decor. Beds were comfy and the entire place was spotless. The only minor negative were the showers which are very modern and look great but the Waterfall shower heads tend to cause a bit of splashing.
