"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Well hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice and cozy. Not the hotels fault there junkies at QT oarking lot and bus stop.in front of the store. Just cant believe how blunt these pill heads are about there addiction. They could care less how what thwy dp effects a business that moee then likely none of them could afford a room here. Just junkie row. Only bad thing again not hotels fault. "

"The motel is in a desperate need of maintenance. It should be closed down while the units are brought up to satisfactory condition. It is not acceptable to have a bathtub that doesnt hold water, a coffee maker that is unsanitary ( Room #2) or a garbage disposal that spits out fragments in your face or a couch that reeks of milldew( Room #1). The staff gave us a new room and 2 days off our bill. It is not their fault Ramada is too cheap to fix up the motel."
