"This hotel is conveniently located and we like the ski in/out service. The guys helping with the skis were top notch. We liked that very much. The restaurant was just okay and overpriced but that is expected for the location. The bar attendants were very polite to us but when my daughter asked for water before closing the lady was rude and rolled her eyes and said a sarcastic remark in Spanish to a coworker.(oops! Mountain Lodge Telluride

4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (451)
"I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. Close to gondola "
