"We had initially booked with the Hampton Inn down the road, only to cancel our reservation as both rooms we were given smelled musty like mold/mildew. The hallways had ceiling tiles that were missing or bulging in spots, the carpet was stained, and overall, the hotel looked dirty and run down. We took a chance and at the last minute booked the Hyatt Place instead, for the SAME price. WOW - WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Immediately upon walking in, the lobby was clean, bright, and airy. The front desk employee was friendly and accomodating, able to get us a room right away. We were put on the sixth floor, and found the room to be spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. The king mattress was cushy and we had no issues sleeping with the room darkening curtain. We checked out the gym and the hotel breakfast too - both were quite good. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay, and will absolutely be booking again the next time we visit! Thank you Hyatt for providing your guests with a wonderful experience! "
