"We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers. "Very clean, sparse amenities, kitchen could use updated towels, potholders had to buy a scrubber to clean stainless steel pans Neighbors facing property across the street not shown in pictures, no access to lake from property. All privately owned."

"We are a group of retired friends on a Wine Trip. There were 9 of us. The home was the perfect size. When we encountered some minor issues, they were addressed immediately. I highly recommend and look forward to returning again when the weather allows to be on the deck "

"The view was awesome. Foosball tournament was fun. We had some tall guys that were a little long for the bunk beds but they slept ok. All in all we were happy with the house. It was perfect for what we needed it for."

"This was our second stay at this home. This time was to visit our son at Hobart for his 21rst birthday with family. The house is so beautiful and comfortable!!! We were able to do dinner in Geneva and wine tour following day and back to house for visiting around the fire and cards. We can’t wait to come back!!! Amazing home and great hosts!!!"

"This property was really cozy and inviting. The deck is amazing, and the hot tub was really appreciated as the weather was chilly and cloudy, so it added a little warmth. The owners have really thought of everything, and there were some nice extra touches (doggie bags, well stocked kitchen, very nice bedding/pillows, etc.). We would love to stay again, just hope for better weather next time!"
