"Entire property inside and out was exceptionally clean. I was surprised that the electronic push button for doors to enter were not all working properly- very heavy to open manually- not handicapped accessible. I was disappointed that on two occasions evening and next morning- the expresso machine was broke in cafe. With that being said, with exception of a very unenthusiastic desk clerk, the staff were very friendly - from housekeeping to restaurant staff. The floor and machines were spotless and the air was very clean- I didn’t leave there smelling like smoke- as compared to other casinos- where non smoking areas still wreak if smoke. My experience was very good and I got a great night’s sleep because the bed was incredibly comfortable! "
