Great location for ski-in/out, located right next to the lifts. We stayed during the busy period around Family Day, and it clearly showed. The staff were helpful, but rarely smiling. We didn't have any room cleaning for the whole time (3 nights). Someone did knock an hour before we were checking out to ask if we needed anything.. Really?? If you have dust allergies, I suggest being careful and may be ask for cleaning every day.

The setting is exceptionally pleasant. I recommend that each cabin be equipped with a firepit to accommodate a range of guest preferences, acknowledging that some individuals may prefer to avoid socializing with unknown persons. Also, towels should be made available

Need more trollies when it comes to the day everyone is going home it’s a nightmare trying to find one. I know we have had a lot of snow recently and I have this same issue with my staff but the maintenance regarding snow removal needs to be more consistent. Elderly and disabled people were having a hard time walking around the outside property, even just trying to park and check in. Great staff very friendly Allan is wonderful. any time we had any questions the staff always had an answer so very great training. Also it would have been nice if the balcony was shovelled out I couldn’t even use it. I celebrated my 10 year anniversary and overall we had a great time and will be back. Please don’t take my feedback as negative it’s just meant to improve. Thank you cheers

Clean, spacious room a with friendly service. Central to a few areas but need to drive to them.
