Great Holiday Experience right on the beach. Great for surfing, swimmiing and fishing. There is also a brand new swimming pool complex in the resort which is a perfect. The caravan and attached awning has all the comforts of home, 2 flat screen tv's own kitchen, toilet and shower . This beach pad is located at the Tasman Bay Homiday Park Papamoa Beach . Walking distance to Fashion Island, cafes and bars. This holiday pad really is right on the beach, wake up in the morning and look straight out to the ocean from your bedroom. Great for a romantic holiday getaway or family vacation. Park the car and everything is on your door step. Surf club for safe swimming is right there.

Cool experience for our little family. Caravan has great location in the holiday park with a great view, awesome place to stay with good park facilities especially for kids. Good set up with mostly everything you need and a great bbq and outdoor area. Liz was great at responding when we had questions. I’d say just contact the holiday park well in advance to find out the camp ground fees as the rates change and we were almost stung with double the price fees than originally quoted. Overall happy and we would revisit!

It was my daughter’s first time in a caravan and she is hooked! Communication with owner was instant and always helpful and friendly. The outdoor carpeted area is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed our breakfast looking over the ocean. Highly recommend

Great stay with a beautiful view
Was very nice, I could’ve spent my entire time at the camper it’s right near the beach with an incredible view. I couldn’t open the propane take to use the stove inside the camper but the barbecue worked just fine. The checkout process was easy & because my bus didn’t leave till later in the day, liz allowed me to hangout in the outside area of the camper which was nice. Big patio area to sit & lounge. The amount of the extra camping spot price that I had to pay when I got there was a bit of a surprise. An extra 85$/day.

Was excited about being in a caravan after many years. Found though that the contents of the cupboards were disorganised. Window catches need a few repairs. Gas cooktop was hard to light. It needed an outside flame or match to light it. Bbq worked well. Overall a good break away

Do not book this caravan
Dirty, falling to bits, ants, stunk like un flushed number twos, owners or someones personal belongings in drawers and cupboards. Drawer handles perished or rusting under the chrome plating. Toilet paper and what looked like urine in the shower plughole. I doubt this caravan has been cleaned properly for years. Grit and flattened popcorn on the floor, grass clippings and other debre on the underblanket. Light fittings missing covers, perished blinds, mosquito shades on roof vent and some windows are broken, mould on inside of bathroom cupboard and wall behind the sliding door. The awning area is actually nice but the salt air has rusted all metal joints. Bottom glass plate on oven gaffa taped to bottom of oven door. Dust on shelving, hair and caked grime on back of TV and TV cord. Split opening top and bottom entrance door can't be opened its cable tied together and door doesnt shut neatly. Once you arrive owner suggests not using the toilet and bathroom, we are old people and booked THIS BECAUSE it had a toilet and bathroom. Photos of it on this site make it look nice. It's really shabby and overpriced AND then you have to pay the camp per person for each night. Cost me approx $$$ for 2 nights. Late 4pm check in 10 am check out. Iv taken photos. I'd like a refund. Can not recommend. Camp staff advised they have told the owner about these feedbacks. Does not deserve to be on this site. Im still waiting for a refund.

Initially told we had no reservation which was an error by manager and thought we’d been scammed. This was quickly sorted. Caravan had everything you needed for one night but cleanliness of hard areas not great. Heater didn’t work and toilet worked twice then failed. Awesome carpeted awning area. Location better than expected. Confusion as caravan was a private one but managed by Tasman Park. This not clear in ads.

Great position
Great overnight stay - sadly we arrived 8 hours later than expected (car trouble) and so it was pitch black and we had to fumble around to find the lights. I had not read the blurb properly so missed the $30 per person camp fee. Oh dear. Lovely to hear the surf. Facilities spotless.
