"They never reply to phone calls. - I got the apartment keyes - just by chance when saw neighbors talking to the managers - lost 40 min while family stayed in the car. the apartment was dusty (lamps - spider web, heating facility in bath), wifi was not available in our apartment (only downstairs @ another building), promised parking was occupied during one night - had to park elsewhere and risking with a ticket - the total was very bad. the only good point is the view. will never be back -...

Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views.
