The best Hotel - very friendly staff, fantastic building - rooms pretty comfortable, isolated, and quiet. There is a cost associated with parking, but it is worth it. The valet handles the car, so you don't need to worry. The restaurant is fantastic - again, a good shutout to the staff - very friendly, especially with the Kids, and the food was terrific - the best Bacalhau I ate in my trip.

Wow, such a beautiful and historic hotel. We loved our accommodations, the location cannot be beat. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Pedro spent quite a bit of time with us detailing the different sites in Porto. Thank you, we visited so many places he suggested and had a great time. The breakfast is superb! The made-to-order eggs cooked by the staff were delicious and the fresh fruit, cheese, baked goods, and juices were delightful. Our room was gorgeous with a very comfortable and stylish sofa, unique furniture, cute kitchen, two spacious rooms for our family, and beautiful windows overlooking the city. The only negative was the toilet in the primary suite. It kept running unless you manually lifted the valve into the off position. But besides that, we had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed at least two more days. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Porto in the future. Obrigada, ciao Porto!
