"Overall this is a nice place. Though there was a Christmas tree as requested, there was no way to light the tree. I reached out via text and asked how we can turn on the tree and never received a response. Unfortunately we did not have a lighted Christmas tree for our Christmas. I know not having a tree is not the end of the world, but not responding to your renter was very disappointing.
