"This place is literally falling apart. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The mattress was rock hard and the sheets paper thin. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy. "This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. This Is a Decent Place In Kantaoui

"Our stay was good. The staff were great and everyone put in a good effort to please the guests. Room perhaps was a bit less than expected but the balcony view was good and beds comfortable. Restaurants were fine, buffet perfectly adequate. Overall value was good. Only small complaint was noise from other rooms several nights."

"My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite. "
