"The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. "Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "We were waiting to check in to our condo in Ft Walton Beach for a longer stay in the area . I also had a friend who was in Destin for a few days and the location was s convenient place to stay. The manager was very helpful in providing favorite restaurants in the area."

"The hotel was nice! Room was clean and lots of channels on tv, which I liked. The only complaint is that there was a bum smoking on the bench outside the door. It made me feel unsafe. When I went back outside to gather my things from the car he followed me inside and went to the breakfast area to get something and I quickly went up to my room and locked the door. My question is why wasn’t the front desk attendant doing anything about this? She was in the back when I arrived and I had to ring the bell for her to come. She was not watching and taking care of the front very well. I could have easily stolen food or alcohol from the cooler and she wouldn’t have known. I think this place needs a better front desk attendant at night!"
