"The Ozarker had some amazing features, like the fireplace with seating in the lobby and firepits along the creek. My husband was freaked out by the bare concrete floor in the room. There was not a microwave in the room. The room was decorated really cut and the staff was friendly. I had the best iced chai tea with a shot of toasted marshmallow from the coffee shop/ bar."

"The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. Emphasis is put on the mobile ap, rather than personal recommendations, which is a bit disappointing. We didn't want to spend time exploring the ap (which we had already looked at when trying to book) we wanted someone with experience to give suggestions for us to do during our less than 24 hour stay (that didn't happen). "The home was updated and very nice. It was extremely clean and the images match exactly what we received. The check in was easy and the communication with agency was excellent. I highly recommend this stay for everyone. Very close to the lake, big cedar conference center, and a lot of fun family events. "

"Thankfully, we didn't have any ice or snow during our stay in December 24'. If so, getting in or out would have been impossible. The road to the house was horrible. Huge holes, very steep grade going to and from the house. The house was good, the location of the house was not good. I would not stay in this location again due to road conditions. There was a very strange odor in the upstairs bedroom. Someone was aware as it was the only room with two air fresheners on the night stands. "

"Everything was mostly clean. There was a lot of dog hair on the rug in the livingroom and on the couch. The dishes weren't the cleanest, but were also picky and probably would've rewashed them before using anyways. Biggest downside to this property was the driveway. Not the easiest to back out. Plenty of space for 7 girls to stay and we really enjoyed the hot tub. "

"The house was so perfect for our group of 17. The house lay out made it so that you couldn’t actually hear when babies cried. We loved the screened in porch and the rooster that crowed in the yard behind us was delightful. The hot tub below and fire pit was a great amenity.
