Family- and pet-friendly, this inviting 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers a fenced backyard with a 1250 sq. ft. paver patio, perfect for unwinding. The ideal home for an extended stay, you will rest easy with the cutting-edge security system and smart home amenities. Whether you seek relaxation indoors by the cozy electric fireplace or prefer the shade of majestic oak trees in the backyard, the Oaks Manor has something for every member of the family. Situated in the heart of Florida's Sports Coast, the home is close to a wide array of local activities and adventures, just waiting to enhance your Florida experience!

The Oaks Manor is fully equipped with premium Wi-Fi for business and personal use, smart televisions throughout, a spacious layout with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals. Basic amenities include clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and full access to our washer and dryer.

During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a door code and check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!

DETAILS BY ROOM:

The Living Room - Comfortably furnished including a sleeper sectional sofa, Smart TV, and beautiful electric fireplace. Unwind in comfort and feel at home!

The Kitchen - Complete with everything you need to prepare a great meal, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, and refrigerator. Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own smart TVs. In the four bedrooms, you’ll find two queen-sized beds and two full-sized beds.

Outdoor - A large paved outdoor patio (approximately 1250 square feet) complemented by plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind. The fenced backyard is pet-friendly, too!

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN:

We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy:

- We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas.

- We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning.

- We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list.

- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.

- We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion.

- We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out.

HOUSE RULES:

- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.

- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.

- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.

- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.

- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.

- Minimum age for booking is 25.

Perfect for our needs
This trip to Zephyrhills was a working family trip to clean out my dad's home. We needed a house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and this house was perfect for our needs. The house was very spacious, modern, clean, and nicely decorated. It looked exactly like the photos online. The TV's are huge! I won't comment on the beds or pillows because comfort is very subjective. My nephew did not realize No Smoking also means No Vaping. All I can say is the smoke detector is very sensitive and LOUD! There were 4 adult men and 2 adult women showering every evening. The water pressure in the showers wasn't good in any of the bathrooms, but fortunately, the hot water lasted almost all the way through the last shower!We did not do any cooking, so I can't comment on how well the kitchen was stocked. The location was very convenient for us and the house more than made up for the minor inconvenience of our showers taking a little longer than usual! We would absolutely stay here again!

Very spacious and super clean.
Our stay was everything I expected and more. The house was very spacious and very clean. We had one little hiccup when we first arrived and when I reached out, I was contacted back within 10 minutes and the situation was handled by Mary. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for the purposes. I rented the house for. I highly recommend this location. It was a beautiful house. The pictures were spot on.

Shin Court
Our property was switched out to the one on Shin Court due to Oaks Manor having a plumbing problem. The Shin court was fantastic and we all had a great time. It was an easy trip to the Advent Ice Center where there was a hockey showcase that we were in town to attend.

Excellent Property Management
The property managers took GREAT care of us when the original house we rented became unavailable due to a plumbing issue. Instead of leaving us stranded, the property managers Davin and Mary offered us the use of one of their vacant longer-term rentals. We appreciated this gesture IMMENSELY, as we had reserved the property nine months in advance knowing everything in the area would book up for an event we were attending.The replacement house met our family’s needs even better than the original.Thank you so very much Davin and Mary!!!

Overall good property. Our biggest problem was we rented a place to Hold eight but the hot heater is only able to handle 3-4. Needs a large hot water heater. Maybe some baking sheets - was a nice stay and worked well overall.

We loved it!
My husband is a patient Moffitt Cancer Center. We needed a place for my whole family to stay while he gets his treatments. The area around this house isn't the best (busy road and campgrounds next door) but We stayed 18 nights in this property and felt completely safe. It was the perfect space for our family. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Amazing kitchen and open floor plan.

The place is perfect for a larger family. We flew in for my mother in law’s 90th birthday. We didn’t want to overwhelm her with dinners at her place so all our meals were prepared here. The bar and table was enough for the 8 of us. We did use the charcoals grill one night only thing we had to buy was the charcoal the grilling utensils and spices were well stocked. The place is very clean and the bed comfortable. The fenced in yard gave us that private and secure feeling and is perfect if you had a dog. Because the temperatures were down in the high 30’s at night we used the fireplace. We look forward to staying again. The only thing you want to watch, we drove in late at night and I copied and pasted the address from I don’t know what but we ended up on sixth street. It’s a not well lite area and a bit sketchy. I made sure I put county road into the Apple Maps and it drove us right to our place.

We were 10 total that stayed in the property and there was so much space for all of us to fit! The house is beautiful. The kids had so much fun with the large backyard, there were enough TVs for adults and kids to watch their own thing in the evenings and overall it was just a great house for us. The house was so clean, well stocked on necessities, and the welcome basket was a nice and thoughtful touch. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and we would definitely look to stay here again when we come to town next time!

The house was perfect for us for the 10 people we had. It was very clean and spacious enough for our group . The fenced large yard offered privacy. I would suggest having some extra bath towels, sheets ,pillows and blanket for the pull out sofa bed as there was only ones for the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook and pantry and washer and dryer were set up nicely. The welcome package of soap,razors,toothpaste and toothbrudhes was a nice touch

Great stay for family trip
This house seemed newly remodeled and well done. Kitchen had everything we needed and everything was in great condition. We appreciated having two rooms with attached bathrooms plus a another guest bath. Large backyard with huge patio was great for our family trip. Only suggestions are maybe swapping the lights for ceiling fans (we missed having a breeze to keep the AC from running) and maybe a sign or flag out front to help find the house, it comes up quick! Otherwise convenient location to grocery & restaurants plus the skydive location if you’re in town to check that out. Would stay again!

We had our family and my grandfather. There are no steps anywhere so that was great for my grandfather. everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our visit didn't allow us to use the back yard much but it was very nice! The manager was easy to communicate with and was available for any questions.

The title pretty much says it all regarding "Oaks Manor". The house looks exactly like what you see in VRBO, very clean, nice fenced in backyard complete with Bar-B-Que grill and two sets of patio furniture. The house is centrally located to most everything in Zephyrhills. If you cook most of your meals the kitchen is very well stocked with most of the utensils that are needed. We really enjoyed the stay at "Oaks Manor" and would stay there again. The host was easy to get ahold and seemed very concerned that everything was as it should be, which it was. Lyndon
