This two-story home sits on a spacious corner lot in Tampa Heights, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. It's also incredibly convenient, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. You will have easy access to downtown, the Tampa Riverwalk, the Florida Aquarium, and world-class dining and shopping within a two-mile radius.

The house dates back to 1902, its charm immediately evident in the gorgeous outdoor spaces. Bring your morning coffee outside to the porch swing, watch your kids splash in the pool and play cornhole each afternoon, and gather for sunset barbecues in the backyard - complete with plush seating.

The interior maintains much of its original character, enhanced by new beams and granite finishes. Enjoy an upgraded kitchen with all-new wood cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, and a large island for prepping and dining. There's also a formal dining room, a living room where you can stream movies after dinner, and a full laundry room for convenience.

In the evenings, choose between a main-floor bedroom suite with a TV and a desk workspace and four more spacious bedrooms upstairs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
