This beautiful 1150 square foot Sunrise condo is nicely furnished and features a King sized bed in the master, with private bath and a Queen bed and size twin bed in the second bedroom, also with private bath. Ocean view of the Pacific. This home sleeps up to five in beds. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, granite countertops, and wood cabinets. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV and 24 hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat Screen in living room and MBR. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer/Dryer in unit. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. Only steps to famous Tamarindo Beach!

Comfortable and fun stay!
We have stayed in the Sunrise a few times and this was our favorite unit by far! The accommodations were very comfortable and the rental company was very responsive when needed. We could not get the tv to work beyond local channels, but this wasn't a big deal for us. Will return!

Amazing view with great convenience
The title says it all. This unit has everything you would want for all ages and family sizes. We spent 10 days in this unit and had a great time. The pool was amazing and the grounds were kept extremely clean. The beach was only steps away. The town of Tamarindo has a lot to offer. If you book a vacation at this unit you will not be disappointed.

A Slice of Paradise in Tamarindo
This condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and spacious. It was close to the beach- across the street. It has a beautiful view of the pool and you can see the ocean from a distance through the trees. It was walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a condominium rather than a hotel like we were- you can’t go wrong with this place.

Location, location, location!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay with my two girlfriends. As my girlfriends are beach lovers, the location was perfect for them to walk every day to the beach. As my husband is not a big beach goer the pool was a great alternative. The condo is located to many restaurants and markets. A perfect stay. The concierge service was one of the best we have ever experienced. I definitely give Sunrise a five-star rating.

Had an amazing time in Tamarindo! The condo was perfect, just what our family of 3 was looking for! Very clean upon arrival and well stocked. It was great to have towels and beach chairs as well as beach umbrellas available for our use. As owners of 2 VRBO properties, we felt this was a great one! Kelly and Olber went above and beyond for us! Helping book a snorkeling excursion and helping all along the way! Hope others enjoy Sunrise 38 as much as we did.

Sunrise Condos
We loved our 5 days at the Sunrise Condos! Very well located right across from Tamarindo Beach, walking distance to many restaurants and short drive to major supermarket. The Blue Zone agents who manage the apartment were quick to respond to issues that arose and fixed the problems quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked and the pool is very nice. The only thing that is missing are some beach chairs and an umbrella. Although those can be rented at Tamarindo beach, it would have been nice to have them when visiting the other more quiet beaches. Overall we had a great stay!

The condo is just as advertized
Our stay at the Sunrise Condos #38 was great. The property, condo and pool were very nice. The location couldn't be better. Our only criticism would be on the check in process. We came into town via shuttle were we were instructed to check in at Pacific Park which was down the road a ways from the condo. It was very incontinent to have to carry your bags throughthe streets back to condo after your treck from the airport. We were told we could have called them from the condo, but that's not what the check in instructions said.

Wonderful location.
This condo is in a wonderful location in Tamarindo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach access is across the road. We saw monkeys each morning and each evening in the mango trees. We were on a girls trip and had a fabulous time. The area is very safe. We did have a couple minor issues with the condo, but we couldn't have asked for better service with the Blue Water management company. If we hadn't had a couple minor issues we never would have met Fiorella and Marcelo in the Blue Water office. We had such fun conversations with them. Truly wonderful people. They made our girls trip extra memorable. I also highly recommend booking tours with them as well. We did the Palo Verde tour with Junior as our tour guide. We had so many laughs with him. The tour was excellent, but Junior made the tour one of the best we've ever done. We are looking forward to coming back and staying with them again.
