"This was an amazing night stopover during a more extended family vacation in the Smokies. The lodge's room was spotless and comfortable, with a view of the Applichatian hills. The staff was kind, outgoing, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. My wife and I's only setback was the breakfast. We had high expectations for a unique meal. Placing a tab on the website with the different menus for each day and season would be beneficial. We did not see any menus online or accessible through...

"We rented "The Lodge" to hold our church's annual men's retreat and it was wonderful! Plenty of room, great location, quiet, restful, and spiritually renewing! We had a wonderful weekend in a wonderful location and everyone who went thoroughly enjoyed their stay! We highly recommend "The Lodge" to anyone who wants a relaxing getaway in the North Georgia mountains!"

The host was very responsive and helpful. I did not have time to take advantage of the adjoining med-spa for a massage or a facial - hopefully next time. Would definitely stay here again! "The house is spacious and beautiful with fabulous views. We had everything we needed to keep us busy and the Big Canoe community has tons of extras that everyone was able to enjoy. The host was very friendly and responsive. Had a slight problem with the coded door lock, but the host quickly solved the problem (even though it was very late). We made some wonderful memories with the family for Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!"
