"The best feature of this hotel was its low cost for great service. The lobby’s decor is quite dated but was clean. The rooms could use better lighting and quieter HVAC, but the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty average. Overall, it’s great for an overnight rest stop, but wouldn’t be my first choice for a vacation stay."

"Very nice, except for the bathroom in our room. Had to take the lid off the toilet tank to untangle the flapper to stop the water running. The toilet itself was ridiculously low (i.e., cheap), it should be ADA height. Bathroom fan was ineffective and incredibly noisy. A little more money spent during the last remodel would have made a huge difference."

"The lobby and cafe areas are beautiful. Check in was a breeze. When looking for my room I stumbled upon a part of the hotel that they have turned into apartments. There was a guy in a wheelchair and another guy smoking outside. I got a little worried as i had my son with me. Finally found our beautiful room with a great patio to grass and a view! Whew. Relieved. "

"The website didn't mention the hot tub, so be sure to pack your swimsuit!! The only negative for us was the frig froze our fruits & veggies!! 😭 (yes, we turned down/up the temp to compensate)"

"Compass by Margaritaville in Medford was a very nice hotel. It provides a tropical festive vibe in the middle of california. The property seems to be very new and clean. I would recommend staying here if you happen to need a hotel in Medford."
