You can park at Times Parking building within walking distance and have your parking card validated by the hotel and you only need to pay 1,200 Yen per day/24 hours. Fujisawa JR Train Station is very close to the hotel as well. This is the hotel hotel I stayed in Japan that has free beer on tap every day until 8:00pm. The beer taste good too.
