"Better than expected quality with new-feeling suites, clever design, nice service and amenities. We chose the hotel because it was the best-priced within a block of the Heavenly ski gondola, plus it had an indoor pool. We were pleasantly surprised that the Margaritaville theme also was lots of fun and not tacky, but cute for families. We would go back to this one or try their others!"

"Great place! Had little activities every night such as wine hour and smores. Walkable to town and gondola. Staff very nice. -breakfast was so easy and convenient. Good kids room upstairs in lobby. A few smells around in stairwell and such from being older but nothing terrible. No dishwasher - no walkable grocery store but target opens next month and you can walk there! Elevator very small - only holds 3 but stairs super easy so not a problem. Easy walk to casinos and restaurants. We felt very safe! We would and want to come stay again! "

"Our place was clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. We forgot our plug-in for our phone cord and they let us borrow one. Grat service and concerned about our needs. It was quiet and peaceful...a nice getaway."

"The property is nice. Its location is perfect for exploring Lake Tahoe. A couple of sightseeing spots are within walking or driving distance. The Hotel itself is classic and convenient for its guests, with exceptional guest services. "

"Parking was easy and right next to our room. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious; we had a suite and it was more than enough room for us and our pups. The concierge/bar/breakfast bar was centrally located with amazing food and coffee. We had a great time staying here!"
